Kev & Liam, our MINDS Directors, have been busily leading our professional team, keep your eyes out for…

• Get Ready For Corporate Connections (Tuesday 8th March): The MMSS is teaming up with the Graduate Development Team to give you ALL the personal branding and networking tips you could ever need. After this event, you will be prepared to boy-boss and corporate-queen at any networking opportunity that comes your way, rather than hiding near the charcuterie board like we did last year… 
• Corporate Connections (Tuesday 15th March): Put your preparation into practice at Corporate Connections, where representatives from our industry partners are ready to meet you! Say goodbye to awkward LinkedIn photos and get ready to glow up with a photo taken on the gorgeous Docklands Harbour whilst you chat away with company reps.  As the iconic line goes, “it is not what you know but who you know”! 
• Mock Assessment Centre (Tuesday 5th April): Is the upcoming graduate or internship recruitment process daunting? The MMSS is proud to be launching this new event, where we help you practice how to stand out and impress at recruitment centres. Once in an interview, I (Cleo) was asked what impact I wanted to have on the program, to which I said “a positive one”…. After this top tier event, you will be whipping out much more elite responses. Make sure you are following our socials for when we launch this new event!

• Bar Night (Thursday 10th March): We welcome everyone to come along for a boogie and chat with some of your favourite marketing besties. We totally lost our voices after this event last year from screaming Mr Brightside, but it was 100% worth it.
• White Night (Tuesday 14th April): Get your freshest white outfits ready to hit the dancefloor, for a night voted Best Event in 2021. Already dreaming about our x6 pack nuggets + medium fries after the party.

 

We are so excited for what 2022 has in store; with new memories to come from social events, and new learnings and connections to gain at our professional events.
